ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Therapist owned, comprehensive outpatient center providing occupational therapy and rehab.

With offices in Solvang, Santa Maria and Nipomo, our goal is to return our patients to their prior level of independence.

We are passionate about assisting clients with returning to meaningful activities following upper extremity related injury or disease.

Compensation:
$40-$50/hr depending on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development in an enriched learning environment. Our Occupational Therapists work in a rewarding and unique setting, specializing in orthopedic care for upper extremity conditions. 

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our fantastic team. You will get to collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, medical support staff, and rehabilitation professionals, working cohesively to ensure the recovery and health of our patients.

We offer opportunities for mentorship and continuing education to build your skills and competency. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing therapeutic intervention for patients with a variety of conditions
  • Directing Aides to assist with exercises
  • Completing documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines and California state licensure is a requirement

You must exhibit exceptional interpersonal skill, multitasking ability, and display a passion for orthopedic occupational therapy.
