Who Will Benefit Most From Our Services?

We have an extensive track record of successful placements between private and group dental practices, DSOs, and physical therapy practice owners. Our approach works best when there is clarity, urgency, and a commitment to hiring the right professional.

For Dental Practice Owners

  • Your practice needs an additional dentist to meet growing demand
  • You are preparing for retirement and want a smooth transition
  • You need to replace a departing or underperforming dentist

For Physical Therapy Practice Owners

  • You have patient demand but cannot find qualified PTs
  • A therapist is leaving and you need continuity
  • You want to expand services and need additional staff

Our Services May Not Be Right For You If:

  • You cannot offer competitive compensation or benefits
  • Your location is extremely rural (population under 10,000)
  • You do not have clearly defined hiring criteria
  • You are not prepared to move quickly with an offer

What Makes Us a Different Recruiter?

Recruiters are not created equally. We have heard stories of how some employers having received resumés without asking for them of candidates who have never been introduced to the recipient and who knows nothing about the company or position who now holds their resumé in their hands. The resumé is supposed to create an interest in hiring that person is apparently the idea.

That's not how we operate. We create an interest in your open position through marketing and when a candidate expresses an interest in the position we do a thorough interview and qualifications check, and only when the candidate is qualified and interested in your position do we pass the resumé on to you along with a personal note from our recruiter. Below are more detailed steps on how we work. You will find it uniquely refreshing.

Step 1 - Client's Needs Assessment

The first thing we do is find out from you, the employer, what it is that you need and are looking for. This includes getting familiar with your business in general and the position in question in particular.

Step 2 - Candidate Research, Identification, Evaluation and Selection

More often than not, we can come up with a suitable prospect immediately, just from knowing our job seeker pool. If that is the case a new interview is done to determine job seeker interest in your position.

Step 3 - Finalizing the Hire

When a suitable candidate is found and you enter negotiations with that candidate about the position, we assist as necessary to ensure that both the job seeker and you as the employer have worked out the details to your satisfaction.

Step 4 - After-Hire Follow Up and Quality Control

After the hire is complete, we follow up with you and/or your HR department to see how things are going. We can assist with resolving any issues that may come up during the onboarding process or later on. You have 30 days to make sure your newly hired employee is working out for you. If not, then no fee is due and we go back to work to find someone who will work out.
