ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing private outpatient physical therapy practice is seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist with a passion for leadership to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate passion for being a Physical Therapist, show loyalty to the profession, and who is motivated to be a teammate.

You should bring a little sparkle to work, whether you are the resident baker, the lunchtime workout coach, or just like a little Wordle competition, we want to see YOU. You need to have excellent writing skills.

An interest in pelvic health would be great as well.

We deliver a wide range of physical therapy services, and we take a holistic, patient-first approach to care. Our goal isn't just to treat symptoms - it's to uncover the root cause of pain or movement limitation and provide the tools to prevent future injuries.

We are looking to expand and grow our group of clinics with 2-3 more locations in the coming future, and because of this we want to recognize and promote those who exhibit leadership potential to assist in opening a new clinic and assume a director position at the new site.

Patient population ranges from about 13 to 65 years old in a modern clinic with PT equipment and Blood Flow Restriction tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based physical therapy examinations and treatment
  • Develop and manage the patient's plan of care to optimize their recovery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other team members through mentoring, in-services, and journal/book sharing
  • Document compliant evaluations, treatments, and home exercise programs within 24 hours of date of service
  • Participate in marketing efforts during and occasionally outside of normal work hours to include direct physician marketing, creation and distribution of marketing materials, community marketing, and attending events to promote our business
  • Maintain safe and clean work spaces and safe work practices

Why you should come work for us:

We offer a one-on-one treatment model to keep the caseload low in order to reduce clinician burnout.

We provide weekly 1:1 mentoring for junior Physical Therapists, monthly and quarterly group mentoring with the clinic/company.

We provide unlimited con-ed because we believe in continued learning throughout one's career.

We have a great group of employees who genuinely care about each other, and lift each other up when needed.

We have fun together inside and outside of work, and collaborate on patient care to achieve the best outcome for the patient.
