Multi-disciplinary therapy practice providing Occupational, Physical, Massage Therapy along with a range of specialized services to patients of all ages.

Compensation:
$45/hr and up depending on experience and education.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Private outpatient clinic providing a wide range of rehab solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to add to our awesome team.

Our services include, though this is not all we do: Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, and Massage therapy, for orthopedic, neurological, sport injury, geriatric, vestibular, auto accidents, and work injury diagnoses, and functional capacity evaluations for employers.

With a current staff of 8 we service our patients in a 2000 sq ft facility with a gym and PT equipment.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. You must be able to work independently, as well as, in a team and be able to make appropriate clinical decisions involving patient care and proper documentation.

You should also possess dedication to providing exceptional quality of care to each of your patients, have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and be results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. And, of course, tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability for patients with varying conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to create personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and diagnoses
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment progress, expectations, and at-home exercises
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into patient
