We are looking for an ambitious and competent Physical Therapist to join our team. You will be a good fit if your interests are orthopedic/sports PT; strength & conditioning; sports performance; ACL prevention, TPI golf, sport-specific programs.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Providing the Service: Performing initial evaluations, follow up visits, and customer service processes.
• Patient Engagement: Explaining what you found in IE, reviewing the Plan of Care (POC) and getting their agreement
• Caseload Management: Reviewing Active Cases and POC Compliance on a weekly basis, updating all cases, and knowing where your patients are
• Physician Correspondence: Contacting physicians with any questions or concerns
• Documentation: Documenting at the point of service (not at home) using the best EMR and AI tools so that you can spend more facetime with your patients.
