Description: Immediate Physical Therapist job opening in private outpatient clinic that uses in-house diagnostics to find root cause of conditions serving Lafayette, CA and eastern Bay Area of California.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Private outpatient physical therapy clinic with 2 locations in the San Francisco Bay area providing personal physical therapy sessions, group and individual Pilates / Personal Training sessions, massage, and diagnostics.

Compensation:
Salary $89,000 to $120,000 for full time.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our amazing team of physical therapy professionals and to deliver orthopedic treatments for a variety of conditions to a wide patient population.

If you are also trained and comfortable with vestibular, pelvic and neuro treatments, even better, but not required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, establish treatment plans and formulate goals.
  • Coordinate with referral sources on patient progress
  • Discharge planning with physician, patient, family, and other facilities as need.
  • Document daily notes, patient evaluations, progress notes, re-evaluations, discharge summaries and other client care coordination activities.
  • Attend scheduled departmental meetings and training.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate quality care.

Our growing practice has 2 locations and openings are also available in Pleasant Hill if that would work better than Lafayette.

We provide Physical Therapy, Diagnostics including Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS), Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG), Therapeutic Massage, Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, and Pilates in 2 beautiful recently renovated clinics with modern equipment.

We are also offering educational opportunities in diagnostics. Mentorship - formal and informal. Discounted and complimentary wellness services.
