Immediate General Dentist job opening in prospering family dentistry practice serving Baltimore, MD.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Full service private dental practice providing a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages in Baltimore, MD.
Compensation:Daily min $800 - $1000 for 60 days, then 32% of collections. Potential for $400k - $500k. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Prosperous and growing family dentistry practice is seeking to add another general dentist to our team to start ideally mid-February to March 2025.
We are looking for an experienced (min. 2 + years in general dentistry) dentist who is personable with patients and with a high quality of care to provide a wide range of general dentistry.
Specifically, we want you to deliver basic general dentistry, extractions, fillings, root canals (no molars, we have an Endodontist), crowns, bridges, dentures/partials and anything else you can do. You don't have to do any prophylactic or hygiene, we have hygienists that do that.
Our staff of 16 is amazing. We work with 8 operatories, all brand new equipment, digital xrays, CBCT, Itero scanner, setup for implants, and microscope for our endodontist.
If you are ready to produce, we can give you free reins to do as much as you want and nobody will get in your way, allowing you to reap your rewards for your hard work.
This is a very well run operation in an established office, making it easy for a seasoned associate to come in and take home a large salary without the headaches of being an owner.
