ABOUT THE POSITION

We provide physical therapy, rehabilitation services, fitness, and wellness services to the greater Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Hollywood areas.

We offer a variety of services including Manual Therapy, Restorative Exercises, FMEMS, Blood Flow  Restriction (on order), Gym program for previous patients.

Patient population ranges from about 14 - 80 years old. We mostly see from 35 to 65.  Active, orthopaedic conditions.

We utilize a blend of techniques:  Maitland, Movement Science, Chris Powers Lower extremity, Shirley Sahrmann movement systems.  We encourage the therapist to find a style that works for them and become an expert in that.

Facility is 1800 sq ft with a large gym and 3 treatment areas that can be curtained off.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who thrives in a smaller environment, using their skills and hands on techniques to provide excellent patient care.  Someone who thrives on improving and learning through their career.  Someone who wants to be a team player but is able to work autonomously.

Job requirements are all the necessary and legally required duties of a physical therapist in the state of CA and what would be necessary in the competent care of a patient.

We are a small clinic and everyone also pitches in to help wherever is needed.  Thus any candidate will gain an understanding of what it takes to run a therapy clinic.

We will ask that seasoned therapists take on a student from time to time.  We currently only accept 2 week rotations as we are a small clinic and that is what works with our client base.

We encourage every one to move towards a specialist certification and will help them with that journey.

From the owner: "I try to create an environment that allows the individual to thrive, collaborate, and grow.  It is a small clinic and everyone is treated like family.  I expect a strong work ethic as well as a full personal life.  I encourage everyone to find their passion and thrive with that.  I will help someone to grow into a great therapist and help them carve a niche in our practice."

Why you should come work for us:

We provide a an environment that will allow someone to collaborate with the other therapists, receive mentoring if necessary, as well as be autonomous in their work.

We have served this community for over 20 years.

We have a network of premiere surgeons, physiatrists, and internal medicine doctors who refer to us.  This is because we utilize manual therapy and therapeutic restorative exercises to get people back to their maximal function.

Simple and effective.  For the employee we are able to quickly adapt to trends that make sense to improve patient outcomes.

We are flexible to provide the employee time off as needed.
