ABOUT THE POSITION

Successful, growing private outpatient orthopedic clinic in Seattle, WA is seeking a physical therapist who is altruistic, professional, positive, self-motivated, supportive and fun to join our team as soon as possible.

We provide outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy including, but not limited to, general musculoskeletal diagnoses, sports injuries, spinal and extremity injuries, post-operative conditions including ligament reconstructions, soft tissue repairs, joint replacements etc.

We have a reputation for handling complex cases.  We offer pelvic health, custom orthotics, vestibular therapy, bike fitting and hopefully will soon add dry needling.

We employ many different models of treatment and encourage diversity of practice.  We do not believe in one form of treatment which everyone must conform to.

Our Physical Therapists include certified manual therapists as well as APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists.  We see in you someone who is eager to pursue advanced certifications, ie OCS, SCS, Manual therapy certifications, pelvic health, vestibular, etc.

You will be expected to evaluate and treat patients of various musculoskeletal diagnoses, develop appropriate treatment plans, coordinate with administrative staff and be a supportive teammate to all staff and practice excellent customer service to our patients.

We offer an environment driven by the commitment to quality care, value work life balance, human relationships and fun.

Why you should come work for us:

We are a boutique, Physical Therapist and minority-owned, outpatient orthopedic practice.

Our practice is committed to providing hour-long, one-on-one visits for our patients without the use of rehab aides or techs.

We are not a high volume clinic that prioritizes numbers and units over quality of care!

We serve an active population and have been a community resource for over 20 years.

Our experienced clinicians can provide mentorship but also support you in following your own clinical interests and path.
