Compensation:$850 - $1k daily minimum, 28-30% adjusted collections. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Prospering private family dental practice in Central Coastal California is seeking an upbeat General Dentist to join our happy team and provide excellent general dentistry to patients from about 14 years old and up.
Your responsibilities will be to perform exams, hygiene, fillings, removable, crown and bridge, and any other procedures you are comfortable with.
If you can do extractions, endodontics, and implant dentistry that is excellent, but not required.
Personal qualities we are looking for would be: Someone who enjoys people and is genuinely nice and interested in doing a good job and relating to people. Someone willing to explain procedures to patients and help them understand their conditions. A team player of course and a sense of humor. We all need to have a few laughs to get through the day.
Our office is equipped with the latest dental tech such as 1 intra oral scanner, face scanner, 2 3D printers, cerec, versamill, digital radiography, intra oral cameras and more.
We service patients in 8 treatment rooms with the help of a Hygienist and 4 Assistants, providing Preventative, Restorative, Implant, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Clear Aligner Ortho services.
It's a fantastic, vibrant practice with much opportunity to do dentistry in a variety of fashions.

If you are interested in implant dentistry, we can teach you hybrids/all on x, sinus grafting, block grafting, soft tissue grafting, very advanced implant techniques.

Prospective candidate also won't have to worry or deal with old school impressioning. We have face scanning, intra oral scanners, etc.
From a social standpoint we have a very good team and we only wish to enhance and build on that.
Motivated office manager who keeps track of these things as well and helps with team management.
The central coast is one of the last pockets of California that is still quiet and very pleasant to live yet isn't overburdened with traffic and pollution.
