Compensation:
$110K base with quarterly bonuses.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for that special Physical Therapist who is going to come help us grow by delivering excellent patient care and by advancing his/her skillset through continuing learning and education.

You should possess these qualities:

Have a growth mindset, excellent customer service provider, fanatic about proper documentation so we get paid and can defend our care as it is charted and in court; Honesty, patient advocacy, profession advancement mindset, business understanding, strong work ethic, compassion, punctual, healthy and fit with a healthy lifstyle, sense of urgency, eager to learn, willing to change bad habits, someone who can evaluate a patient in 10 minutes not an hour, time conscious and good time management skills, happy and outgoing. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate and treat a case load of patients, perform additional evaluations as needed and then assign the treatment to a PTA, but continue to follow the patient and provide oversight to the PTA and training as needed
  • Communicate with the referral source after evaluation, after 30 days of treatment and prior to any appointments returning to the provider
  • Participate in team meetings, provide case conferences giving reports on all patients on their case load
  • Participate in training of peers and support staff on special skills
  • Share in marketing of the clinic activites
  • Efficiently schedule their caseload to see their patients when the patients are available
  • Documentation skills to qualify for payment, understanding charges and maximizing reimbursement 

You should have an interest in orthopedics and concussion treatment. You will do evaluations primarily and work with PTAs who will carry out the plan of care. Must have experience with dry needling.

We are a growing outpatient physical therapy company with plans to open up a third location in a growing area of Lubbock.

As a company we provide orthopedic evaluation and treatment, manipulation, dry needling, manual therapy, concussion diagnosis and treatment, pre and post operative care, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, strong emphasis on exercise and functional actions rehab, industrial rehab, pre-employment testing, human performance evaluations, sports rehab, functional capacity testing, work conditioning, blood flow restriction, kinesio taping, and cash pay services in addition to insurance.

We don't subscribe to a specific treatment method however the exam determines the treatment.

Therapists can follow a method they studied and used so long as they have success with it. Several methods have proven to be successful in the clinic and that is our goal.

Owner is 41 years experienced with a wealth of knowledge to share and willing to provide continual advancement for you.
