Compensation:Market rate, will be negotiated. Benefits offered:
Traditional benefits not offered for part time positions.
Profit sharing available at year-end after CPA analysis of company profit status.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Ours is an upscale Cosmetic and Restorative dental practice that has been featured as one of the best Cosmetic offices in the Sacramento area providing the ultimate in "Smile Makeover" outcomes.
We also provide a full range of general dentistry and other services using modern up-to-date dental equipment and technology.
We are looking for an experienced, intelligent, mature and professional dentist who understands what it takes to run a practice and that the practice is as prosperous and successful as the quality of care delivered to our patients. If you have owned a practice before that is an advantage. If not, no worries. We will teach you.
Your responsibilities will be to deliver General, Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry and if you possess specialty skills such as Endodontics or Surgery then you will be our first choice for referral over outside office services.
You must also be willing to do whatever the practice and patients of the practice need, including hygiene as needed.
We have a loyal and growing patient base of three generations.
