Description: We are looking for a full time PTA for our outpatient clinic in Palm Desert, CA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a privately owned and operated Physical Therapy Clinic serving Victorville, Pasadena and the greater San Gabriel area with several other locations around southern California.

Compensation:
$32 - $36 depending on experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

We only employ licensed Physical Therapists ad Physical Therapist Assistants and employ no aides. We have a strong team/family atmosphere where everyone helps and shares in patient care, staff meetings, and keeping the office running smoothly.

We offer flexible scheduling - Five 8-Hour days, or Four 10-hour days with no weekend or Holiday work required. We offer Free Con-Ed through California Education Connection.

PTA's will see 1 to 2 patients per hour based on medical complexity.

Our clinic offer outpatient physical therapy services and also BIG for Parkinson's. We are balance and movement specialists and do VAT/ENG testing in multiple offices. We will train.

We are Vestibular / Balance specialists so having a strong background in vestibular disorders is preferred. Will train. For our ortho patients - we are manual therapists and our team is open to teaching and maintaining an environment of being team players for consistency of care.

Ideal candidate is a self starter, team player, has strong manual skills, teachable attitude and spirit, humble and hungry. Someone who brings solutions and not unnecessary criticism.

We provide one on one care for the entire treatment session and there is little changing staff for continuum and quality of care. Paperwork is easy to learn and we try and keep to minimum.
