Description: Immediate opening for a full time permanent Physical Therapist in our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Oxnard, CA

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are an Orthopedic multi-disciplinary practice with five locations across Ventura County. Each location offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy as well as X-ray. Some locations have MRI available.

Compensation:
$90k + DOE

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a PT who is friendly, out-going, hard-working, passionate about therapy, compassionate (yet tough), has a desire to learn, flexible, motivated, team-player, reliable, open-minded, collaborative, has integrity, in other words a superman/superwoman.
 
You should have an interest or experience in Orthopedics, sports medicine, and women's health.

Patient care is augmented by constant in person or EMR-generated communication with our physicians for collaboration and feedback.  Our benefits equal or exceed others in the community. 
 
Family considerations are recognized and schedules are flexible.  In house continuing education is provided twice a year on the advice of staff and additional con.ed. is possible. Aside from normal benefits, professional licensure and association dues are paid. 
 
While there is no uniform, each employee has a "uniform allowance" to use on branded clothing items. We pride ourselves on community involvement across the county, supporting multiple events annually.
 
Our patient population ranges in age from 3 - 95 and we service depends on schedule: 15-18 patients per 10 hour day; 12-14 patients per 8 hour day.
