We are actively seeking doctors who want to grow into ownership roles, and our office in Maryville is looking for an experienced dentist to replace a soon retiring owner/dentist.

You will assume the role of Lead Dentist with the goal of becoming a partner and realize shared success.

We deliver Dentures, TMJ & TMD treatment, Root canals, Teeth whitening, Mouthguards, Veneers, Invisalign, Inlays & Onlays, Bonding, Bridges, Crowns, Implants, Cosmetics, Emergency care, to patients of all ages.

The office is well-equipped and functional in 5 operatories.

We are looking for a dentist with these skills/qualities:

• Ability to earn the trust of existing patients within the practice.
• Ability to provide outstanding patient care in a high-production environment.
• Ability to lead and direct a productive team of 3 hygienists, 2 assistants, and 2 operations team members. 
• Willingness to assist other doctors on occasion when needed.
• Ability to grow a practice and develop referrals from within the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Willingness to develop skills and service mix in the areas of implant surgery, endodontics, occlusion, team leadership and personal development.
• Inspiring confidence in patients and staff in a way that leads to an increase in more referrals and more new patients.
• Increasing production by bringing more procedures into the practice over time, e.g. endo or implants.
• Leading the practice with support from our partner organization. Support where you need it. Autonomy where you don’t.
