Compensation:32% - 35% on net production, negotiable. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Exceptional opportunity for a part-time General Dentist with Endodontics experience to join a fast-paced and expanding multi-location dental group.
With an ever-growing patient base, we're looking for a dentist to help us keep pace with demand and enhance our in-house services. You should have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care with a commitment to excellence, and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate into our team seamlessly.
About Us:
- Growing Footprint: Plans for additional offices are underway within the next 6-18 months.
- Robust Infrastructure: The practice will boast 36 treatment rooms across the three locations, with a team set to expand to 14-15 dentists by year's end.
- Significant Referral Volume: We currently outsource over 95% of our root canal procedures, equating to $1.5 to $2 million in referrals annually—a figure expected to rise with our growing capacity and addition of the third location in the next 3 months
- Established Patient Base: With 200-300 new patients monthly and no advertising, our organic growth speaks to the trust and reputation we've built.
The Role:
- Start Part-Time: Offering a flexible 2 to 3 days/week schedule to start, with the expectation to increase days as the practice and relationship grow.
- Endodontics: Perform root canals on all teeth and molars, retreat the molars, do bone grafts and extractions.
- Growth Potential: We are fully prepared to discuss a growth plan and creative arrangements to transition into a likely full-time role in the very near future.
