ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Compensation:Negotiable percentage of revenue. Minimum guarantee for the first 90 days. Est. $180k - $300k/year. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Rapidly growing group dental team is seeking a Lead Associate General Dentist for our Toledo office to deliver compassionate dental care to mostly adult patients.
Our dental team is currently operating 7 offices, with plans to expand to 20 by the end of 2025. We deliver everything except surgical implant placement, botox, and surgical wisdom teeth extractions.
You will be expected to provide general dentistry and all subspecialties, including molar endo, surgical extractions, and clear aligner therapy. If you are not comfortable with any of these, we will provide training and mentoring for you.

The Toledo office is outfitted with 11 treatment rooms, all up-to-date digital equipment, staffed with 2 doctors, 5 hygienists, and 4 assistants.
There is no Medicaid or HMO.
