Growing and thriving 2 location outpatient physical therapy company is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals and help deliver excellent patient care.

We see in you a therapist who possess accountability, strong work ethic and passion for your craft, compassion, warm personality, commitment to patient care, community, and who values professional growth, and with a strong initiative.

Your interest should be in delivering orthopedic and sports medicine, and be OK with treating patients of all ages. Proficiency in manual therapy a major plus.

Responsibilities with this position will include:

• Conducting initial patient evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
• Educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records

We are a family owned outpatient physical therapy practice with state-of-the-art locations in Marshfield and Plymouth, MA.

With 20 years in business and a very strong and diverse referral base, we are busy.

Our services include outpatient physical therapy, mostly orthopedics/sport medicine, but we also treat neuro and other conditions.

Our facility in Marshfield is 3100 sq ft with gym and PT equipment, including an Alter G machine.

We do not currently offer Dry Needling but would like to, so a certification in this would be a plus. Or interest in this area as we would support certification.
