ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Private outpatient physical therapy clinic that specialize in treatment for all injuries to the spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, hip, knee and foot/ankle.

At any time during the day, our clinic is filled with athletes and non-athletes alike, ranging in age from 5-100.

We are located near Sedona, Arizona (world-class outdoor activities), have 3-day weekends every week, chance to work with a diverse demographic, work in a fun team environment, earn competitive pay and benefits and enhance the quality of life for community members.

Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 per year DOE.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and personable Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals to deliver excellent patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility and strength.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques as appropriate.
