Description: Immediate opening for an Associate General Dentist in private family dental practice serving Hanover, PA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Private Family Dental practice providing General Dentistry for all ages, Cosmetic, Smile Makeover, Restorative, TMJ, Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, Oral Surgery and more.

Compensation:
35% of collections, Hybrid for first 90 days, negotiable.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking to hire on an immediate basis a team player general dentist, with specialties would be a plus, to provide general dentistry to patients of all ages.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary
  • Uphold our culture agreement, policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards
  • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available)
  • Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary
  • Service on average 7 - 8 patients/day including hygiene checks

This is an established dental practice with new up to date digital dental equipment including CEREC same day restorations.

Practice is growing and need to add an additional dentist to service patients.
