ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

We are a small pediatric therapy practice serving Santa Clara County. We specialize in working with children of all abilities to reach their fullest potential in language, movement, attention, sensory processing, feeding skills and social skills. We offer a variety of therapy services including speech and occupational therapy. Our therapist believe in working together as a team to help the child and their family reach their maximum potential.
Compensation:
$65 - $90K/year (plus performance bonuses)

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about their profession, someone who enjoys learning outside of work, someone who is positive, and passionate about life.
 
If you also have an interest in feedings, swallowing, Hanen, Prompt, Apraxia and tele-health, that would all be great!
 
Your responsibilities as the SLP include:
- Evaluating, screening, and treating children with speech and language difficulties.
- Developing effective treatment plans.
- Collaboration with other team members.
- Mentorship of the newer team members.
 
Our clinic is split into 2 offices the main clinic where we provide speech is about 900sq/ft and we have a 1500 sq/ft therapy gym. We service children from birth - 12 years.
 
We expect our full time therapists to see a minimum of 25 treatment hours weekly, but therapists have to option to take on as many additional clients as they want to increase their bonus potential.
 
Therapists should be comfortable with providing services related to Language, Speech, Articulation, Fluency, etc.
