Compensation:
$85k - $95k per year depending on experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Growing outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to add to our team in response to an increasing demand for services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic therapist who is motivated, willing to learn, hard working, personable, friendly, organized, and punctual. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Treat 1 patient per hour, completing the documentation within this timeframe.
  • Stay in compliance with documentation through state and federal guidelines.
  • Treat a wide variety of diagnoses and ages.
  • Work together in a team.
  • Connect with patients.
  • Communicate with staff, patients, and doctors.

Please note: 1 Patient + 1 Clinician = 1 Hour!

We practice 1-hour appointments for our clinicians. No handing off patients to other staff. This allows the clinician and patient to build a relationship and the clinician to be present in the patient's treatment and plan of care.

Our therapists and assistants provide over 20 specializations including Sports Medicine, on-site Aquatic Therapy, Lymphedema Management, Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Mobilization, and ASTYM.

We offer physical therapy services to all local elementary schools and Eastern Oregon University athletic programs, as well as athletic training at the local high school.

Patient population include all ages, we treat infants to elderly.

Our facility is 6,700 square feet, with a 1,400 square foot rehabilitation gym, with access to a 9,000 sq ft fitness center for our PTs.

We offer Aquatic Therapy with an onsite, warm water therapy pool. The PT does get into the water with the patient. 

We work to restore the joy of living through therapeutic, individualized care, and grow closer to our community with every visit.

We also recognize the value in having fun in our professional day to day work. We have to take care of ourselves and our coworkers to be able to provide a high level of care to our patients.

We foster a workplace with mini celebrations such as fantasy football, March madness brackets and holiday parties to ground ourselves and create opportunities for staff to connect.

Additionally, we offer:

  • $2,500 and 40 hours of paid time off for CE
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 over 4 years
