Interview Tip: Arrogance Will Get You Nowhere
You may not realize it, but employers are not necessarily looking to hire the smartest applicant or even the one with the most experience. While an education and hands-on skills are important, so is intellectual curiousity. If you realize you don't know everything, but you are interested in learning more so as to expand your knowledge and skill set, you will probably go far.

Employers want employees who have a desire to learn, a passion for their craft and an interest in improving, both themselves and the company. You never know, your work ethic and genuine enthusiasm could be what sets you above the rest.
