ABOUT THE POSITION

Our dental practice offers cosmetic, oral surgery (3rd molars as well), implants, crown/bridge, perio (with Laser), removable prosthetics, biopsy, endo (including 2nd molars), ortho (standard straightwire - not 6 months smiles), clearcorrect (invisalign), Oral sedation. Basically all dental procedures except Botox/fillers.

Our patient population consists of 65% adults and 35% kids. Our number of kids is rapidly reducing as we not taking medicaid anymore. We service on average 40 + patients per day by a staff of 13 in 10 operatories.

Our office is all up to date with digital equipment.

This is for a partnership position, but they would be an associate first to make sure they are a good "partner".

Your responsibilities will include everything a dentist needs to do and take personal accountability at the office regarding staff and patients.

You should be someone who is outgoing, compassionate, considerate, reasonable, hard working, good work ethic, willing to learn, good at working in a team environment.

We try our best to take care of our staff. Through this COVID-19 disaster, we have kept our employees on payroll and out of the unemployment line. We have kept their benefits available to them. We have also added air purifiers with UV and OZONE to kill any viruses in the air. Special PPE was given to anyone working on an emergency patient to ensure their safety along with several additional protocols for extra protection.
Why you should come work for us:
We are a practice that is changing our direction from being more geared towards family dentistry and kids to be geared towards adults and the elderly to allow us to focus more on implants and prosthetics.

We no longer take new medicaid (Soonercare) patients and will be continuing to reduce this patient pool. Currently, Soonercare patients make up less than 25% of our practice (it was 45% one year ago).

I am looking for someone that wants to take personal pride in their work and do whats right by the patient. We are not aggressive with our treatment planning, but we are also not super conservative. We like to treat patients like family and believe that if we take care of them the right way, then we will also be taken care of and that has done amazing things for us.

We are so busy that we are not able to schedule a new patient in for over a month. We have an amazing reputation in town and we have a very well connected community.

Our owner is a very active Member of the Oklahoma Dental Association and is involved in the leadership there.

We give back to the community and do several Donated Dental cases per year. We also help veterans and their families as well.

We have 3 hygienists and they often numb patients for the doctor to allow the doctor to work multiple chairs easily. We take patient comfort very seriously. We have headphones, above patient TVs w/ cable, blankets, sunglasses, vibraject injection techniques, custom compounded topical, and even a chair with a heater/massager to help nervous and anxious patients.

We offer oral sedation. We are fully setup for digital dentistry and also have a large inventory of implants available for immediate implant placement.
