Description: Immediate opening for a General Dentist in a family dentistry practice in Reading, PA.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Private family dental practice with several locations in south central Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia.

Compensation:
$150k yearly salary guarantee or 30-33% of collection which ever is greater

ABOUT THE POSITION

We have a highly trained and dedicated team of dental professionals offering a comprehensive selection of dental services. This includes services ranging from orthodontics and sleep apnea consultations, to comprehensive oral exams and cosmetic treatments.

We service patients of all ages in 5 treatment rooms currently by a staff of 2 Hygienists, 2 Assistants and 2 admin staff in addition to the Dentist.

Our up-to-date office has been equipped with Prime scan, Solea, digital x ray, PAN, velscope, paperless office, and more.

We are looking for a General Dentist with at least 2 years experience to work as our new Associate with a partnership potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fixing or removing damaged teeth
  • Filling cavities
  • Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient's health
  • Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
  • Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
  • Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
  • Measuring and fitting dental appliances
  • Referring patients to a specialist if needed
  • Fixed and removable pros
  • Extractions 
  • Root canals
  • Implant restorations
