Hiring now for a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient company on Maui, HI.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Private outpatient Physical Therapy company with 4 locations on Maui providing a full range of physical therapy services to patients of all ages.

Compensation:$79,040 - $93,600 doe plus bonuses. Benefits offered:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Serving the communities of Maui through our 4 locations we provide a wide range of services including: Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Specialties - Oncology, Lymphedema, Vestibular, Industrial Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, Yoga for Cancer Survivors and more.
Patient population ranges from about 15 - 80, but generally they are older than 50.
This office is equipped with full gym including Pilates Reformer, TM, Recumbant Bike, Plyoback, Cable Column, UBE, Pilates Chair, Hi-lo tables.
We are looking for a staff PT to provide physical therapy and completing clinical notes within 24 hours of seeing patients.

We do offer a Performance-based model of compensation after the clinician is established at a full time level in order to be able to compensate fairly for the volume and care they provide to each and every patient, which also acts as our bonus plan. We offer bonuses for retail sales as well, and also other bonuses based on further training/certification and developing programs at each clinic.
